How do I find my size and width?
Each shoe is presented at Big Shoe Envy with the available sizes. All Big Shoe Envy shoe widths are medium unless the description indicates otherwise.
What if I don't see what I want?
We are constantly adding to our selection, so check back soon. If you have a special occasion coming up, send us an email and we can let you know if there are any suitable styles coming in.
Do you have a catalog?
Because we receive new styles on a regular basis, Big Shoe Envy does not produce a printed catalog. If you would prefer not to order online, we are happy to take orders over the phone during our regular business hours: Daily 8am to 8pm, Pacific Time Zone – West Coast - United States -- call us at (503) 890-5400.
Is shopping on the Internet safe?
Using your credit card to buy over the Internet can be just as safe as using it to pay for dinner and a movie, as long as your internet merchant takes the right steps to ensure your security. When you place an order at Big Shoe Envy, your personal information and credit card data are encrypted using SSL technology (secure socket layering). This security feature turns on automatically when you begin entering your personal billing and shipping information to ensure that no one has access to it except you and Big Shoe Envy. At that point, most browsers will display a "lock"symbol at the bottom of the screen to verify that the security feature is working. It will also change the page name to "https://..."The "s"stands for secure. In the unlikely event that your credit card number is misused as a result of your shopping at Big Shoe Envy, you will pay nothing. How are orders shipped? Do you really offer free shipping?
Big Shoe Envy pays the shipping of your order, you are charged nothing for shipping within the United States, when you place an order with us. Most orders received before 11:00 a.m. are shipped out that day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following business day. We ship most of our orders via UPS. Ground orders will arrive in 1-5 business days after the item ships, depending on your location. 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air shipments are also available. Orders that must ship to a P.O. Box or A.P.O. Box, are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. In this case, delivery is usually in 2-3 days. Please email or call us for accurate pricing.
Do you ship to Canada?
We ship to Canada via USPS Express Mail, which ranges from $30 - 40 U.S. and arrives in 7 days or less. Orders must be placed by phone at (503) 890-5400. If you reach our voicemail, please leave us your contact information and best times to reach you.

Who sees my personal information? (Privacy Policy) When you place an order with Big Shoe Envy, your personal information is secured and transmitted directly to us. We use that information to verify your credit card information and get your order to you. If you choose to sign up for our newsletter, we will send approximately one email per month regarding new additions, specials, etc. We will not sell or give your information to anyone. We use cookies to store information about your shopping cart... products, sizes, etc. No personal information is stored in cookies.
What if I changed my mind about my order?
Just send us an email and we'll be happy to change or even cancel an order you've placed.
What sizes do you carry?
Big Shoe Envy carries only women's large size shoes, 9 to 14. The specific sizes we offer are: 9, 9.5, 10, 11, 11.5, 12, 12.5, 13, 13.5, 14. Not all styles are available in all of these sizes. And due to demand some sizes will sell out quickly.
Do you carry half sizes?
As you may already know, most shoe companies do not make half sizes above size 10. This does not mean you can't wear beautiful shoes. Sizing can vary among brands and even among styles within a particular brand. For example, if you are an 11 1/2, you may be able to wear a size 12 in a shoe that runs small, or an 11 in an open-toed shoe. If you are between sizes, call or email us and we can help. Of course, you can always return or exchange our shoes if they don't fit (see Guarantee and Return Policy).
Do you have size 14 boots?
Yes! We have size 14 boots in select sizes. They are available on a seasonal basis and sell out every year, so order early.
Why don't you have 14 Narrow (or my size)?
At Big Shoe Envy, we offer the best selection possible in hard to find sizes. But in the case of some sizes, the demand is too low for us to keep it in stock. If you don't see your exact size, send us an email, and we can suggest alternatives, or in some cases, special order the size for you.

Our Guarantee and Return Policy
Regularly priced merchandise: If you are unhappy with your shoes for any reason, you may return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, as long as they are in unworn, are retuned in the original box and packing materials, and are in saleable condition. Sale merchandise: sale shoes may be returned or exchanged within 14 days, provided they are in unworn, are retuned in the original box and packing materials , and are in saleable condition. If the shoe falls apart, tears, or has any other manufacturer's defect, we will gladly repair or replace it within 90 days.
Returns and shipping
While we accept returns and exchanges, we do not refund the return shipping charges. You are responsible to pay for the return shipping charges. However, in the case of exchanges, we will ship the replacement item to you free of charge (except in the case of a special promotion on the original order, or subsequent exchange of a replacement item, or orders shipped outside the U.S.).
Return Instructions
In order to receive credit for your return or exchange, you must follow the instructions below.
1. Please repack the shoe boxes in a shipping box with appropriate packing materials (as they were sent to you). Shoe boxes damaged in shipping, boxes missing packing materials, or shoes shipped back to Big Shoe Envy in the actual shoe, without any shipping box on the outside, will be charged a $25/pair restocking fee. Email return label: For your convenience, we can email you a FedEx return label for $9.99 for a single pair of shoes (11.99 for boots or 2 pairs of shoes). Apply the label to the package and drop off at any FedEx/Kinko’s Store location or shipping center. Or use any shipping method of your choice. We recommend insurance for your protection. If you are exchanging for another pair, we will send the replacement item to you free of charge (except for international orders and subsequent exchanges of previously exchanged items).
2. Please enclose a copy of the original packing list or invoice. Indicate on the packing list or invoice whether the shipment is a RETURN or EXCHANGE. If the shipment is an exchange, please indicate what style (with color and size) you would like to exchange the item for. Without this information we will not know whose account to credit for the return.

What is Big Shoe Envy doing to help the environment?
At Big Shoe Envy, we try to minimize our impact on the environment whenever possible. Not only do we recycle, we reuse paper products. Your order might be packed with shoe forms and empty boxes for protection, along with recycled paper. When you exchange a pair of shoes, we will ship the replacement pair to you in the same box, instead of a new one. We do not purchase styrofoam or plastic filler material, but we will reuse any delivered to us. Additionally, please let us know if you would like us to ship your package in a used packing box!
